Pure Pizza!

When I met Juli Ghazi I knew she was different. She had a clear idea of what she wanted, several videos highlighting the difference between every other pizza place in the world and her’s Pure Pizza, Charlotte’s first farm-2-fork pizzeria. I knew that this would be a fun job and the day we spent out visiting the farmers, hearing their philosophies of farming and life was inspiring and encouraging. Juli, Austin, Chris, Gino, Jeff and Chef Peter are a blast to work with and I hope you can get out to visit Pure Pizza at the new 7th Street Market!
