ASC Honors
Here is another collaboration with Kevin Beaty and Scott Lazes of Bread and Butter Pictures. Each year the Arts and Science Council, here in Charlotte, NC honors individuals who dedicate their lives to sharing their passion for creativity and art with the public. This year I had the honor of meeting and filming these talented individuals at the smARTlab. The honorees this year included Robert Corbin of the Discovery Place, Andrew West, a debate coach from Myers Park High School, Byron Baldwin, a photographer and teacher currently at CPCC, Clara Jones, a dedicated and inspiring piano teacher, Dan Morrill, a history professor at UNCC, Kathy Reichs, author and producer of the hit show Bones, Libby Withrow an energetic Earth Science teacher and Wesley Mancini a talented textile designer based in Charlotte.
